IMPORTANT: By registering on DayOff you confirm you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms below. These terms are legally binding. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on DayOff ("the Platform"), you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement with DayOff Technologies Private Limited ("DayOff", "we", "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY — NO EXCEPTIONS. DayOff strictly prohibits the following during any meetup, activity, or interaction facilitated through this platform.

BY USING DAYOFF YOU ACCEPT THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONSUME PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES YOU DO SO ENTIRELY WITH YOUR OWN CONSENT AND AT YOUR OWN LEGAL RISK. DAYOFF BEARS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY RESULTING CONSEQUENCES.

Company Liability Limitation: DayOff Technologies Private Limited bears absolutely no liability for any injury, assault, harassment, theft, financial loss, road accident, emotional distress, or death resulting from physical meetings between users, regardless of cause. All users — male and female — use this platform and meet others entirely at their own risk.

5. Verification, Data & Law Enforcement

By completing KYC you consent to DayOff collecting and securely storing your Aadhaar reference, government ID, emails, and mobile numbers for identity verification under India's DPDP Act 2023. All data is AES-256 encrypted.

Law Enforcement: DayOff will fully cooperate with any court order or official investigation. User identity and data may be disclosed to authorities without prior notice when legally required. If you engage in prohibited conduct, DayOff will not protect your identity from investigators.

6. Contact Details & Privacy

Phone numbers, emails, and emergency contacts are hidden from all users by default. They are only revealed when both users independently approve contact sharing within the app. Emergency contact details are accessible only to DayOff's safety team and only in genuine safety emergencies — never to other users under any circumstances.

7. Vehicle & Transport Arrangements

All transport arrangements are private agreements between users. DayOff is not a transport company and bears no liability for road accidents, injuries, or losses. Drivers must hold valid licences. Vehicle owners are responsible for insurance and roadworthiness.

Driver Rule: Vehicle owners cover all fuel, toll, and parking. The driver is always entitled to fair compensation — never expected to drive for free.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. These terms incorporate the IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, NDPS Act 1985, IPC/BNS 2023, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Motor Vehicles Act 1988, and POSH Act 2013.

If you engage in prohibited conduct — substance use, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity — you do so with your own consent and at your own legal risk. DayOff will cooperate fully with any investigation.
